This trendy food hall is a great hangout spot for teens, offering a variety of unique food vendors, coffee shops, and dessert spots. With cool industrial vibes and plenty of seating, it’s the perfect place to grab a bite, take photos, and chill with friends. My teen highly recommends the ramen at Bao & Broth.

Arcades in Charlotte

Arcade games at Gibson Mill Market

When your teens need an indoor place to hang out, arcades are still the popular old-standy they’ve always been. Charlotte has a lot of arcade options from the smaller arcade in Gibson Mill Market Food Hall, or the larger spots in bowling alleys and entertainment centers. Our teens love PINS Mechanical Company. You can find them all in our list of Arcades in Charlotte.

The Museum of Illusions Charlotte is a fun and interactive experience, perfect for teens who love cool visuals, mind-bending puzzles, and Instagram-worthy moments.

  • Solve Puzzles & Games – There are hands-on brain teasers and logic puzzles that challenge teens’ problem-solving skills.
  • Take Epic Photos – The museum is filled with interactive exhibits that create crazy visual effects, making for awesome social media posts.
