Science of Baking Kids Camp: Kids will learn how to be successful and safe bakers in the kitchen including baking, kitchen equipment, recipes, ingredients, and more!

Summer at Providence offers a wide variety of both full-day and half-day camps for kids that cover a wide variety of themes. Kids can choose week-long camps like traditional summer play camps, soccer, football, technology, tennis, crafts, theater, and more. Summer at Providence is open to kids 4 through 18 years old.

Preteens and teens ages 11- 17 can learn about songwriting, recording, marketing, and lots more at the Young Artists Recording Arts Summer Camp.

Acting Out Studio is an award-winning acting studio that offers birthday parties, acting classes, summer camps, and more. They have four locations in Charlotte. If you love singing, acting, and all things musical theatre, you can book a party with them. Parties cost $350, are two-hours long, and include 10 kids (all ages). Each additional child is $10 per child.

iD Tech, in connection with Davidson College, will offer overnight and day camps from June 17 – July 26, 2024

Camps are 1 week long and include coding, Roblox camp, Java coding camp, Battlebots, and many more.
Ages 7 -17 are welcome.

The Lotus Project Summer Intensive has theater camp options for K through 9th grade, plus a special teen summer intensive for kids 7th grade through college sophomores. Camps run 2 to three weeks depending on show with performances at the end of camp. The 2024 Summer Intensive Shows are Fining Nemo Jr. and Junie B. Jones.  The teen show is Pippin.

My Farm Camps Experience offers summer camps that involve farm life living, horseback riding, creek stomping and meeting farm animals.
Camp is for ages 5 – 14, with Counselor in Training programs for rising 9th graders.
Camp is from 8:30 am – 2:30 pm

Camps are 4 days per week, with Vet Camp instead on Friday and Saturday.

Part of the YMCA of Greater Charlotte, Camp Thunderbird is an overnight and day camp held at Lake Wylie. They also have an equestrian program available throughout the school year. Camp is for ages 7 and older.

Carolina Dance Capital offers ballet, hip hop, and other dance classes. They also offer birthday parties and summer camps. You can choose from three party themes and parties are $175 for up to 8 children. You can book your party on their website.

Life Church offers a FREE sports camps for kids ages 6 to 14. 2024 Camp dates July 8 -11, 2024 from 8:30 to noon, and registration is open now.

Central Piedmont Community College offers a wide variety of summer camps for kids from elementary through high school. You’ll find camps that explore careers, art camps, app development, coding, and lots more! Half-day and full-day options, grades 4 through 12.

Summer Camp: Camps for kids in rising Kindergarten through 12th grades. Camps are recreational and no experience is necessary. Campers will learn dance, acrobatics, and aerial skills.

Camp JuMP is open to kids 2nd through 9th grade who are interested in theatre training and performance opportunities in a Christian environment. Campers will learn a show during their week-long camo and perform it twice at the end of the week.
