Fun! Kids can play at some of their favorite places. Venues all over Charlotte offer these kinds of Kids Night Out events, including martial arts studios, museums, climbing gyms, child care centers, art studios, fitness centers, and lots more.

Affordability Parent’s Night Out options are often more affordable than traditional in-home babysitting, especially when you consider what is included like the cost of regular admission to the venue, a pizza dinner, and other activities. In addition to that, many programs offer sibling discounts.

Routine Many places offer regular programs, so you can set up a date night routine and depend on that time to keep your family connected.

The Flour Power location in Rea Farms also offers a Kids Night Program on Fridays with different themes.

The YMCA of Greater Charlotte offers several Kids Night Our Programs at its locations. You’ll find them arranged by age group on Fridays and some Saturdays. The program includes games, stories, crafts, and more. Cost and times vary by location but in general they are in the early evening hours and on average $40 for non-members and $30 for members.

The Mecklenburg County Recreation Department sometimes offers Kids Night Out programs.

Perfect Balance Training Center in Charlotte offers a Parents Night Out program once a month on Saturday from 5:30 to 8:30 pm for both members and non-members. The event is $35 when you register in advance and includes pizza, a drink and gym time.

Life Time in Charlotte regularly hosts Parents’ Night Out events that include different themes. Children must be fully potty-trained to attend, and ages 3 – 12 are welcome. These occur multiple times per month, and are from 5 pm to 8 pm.
