A Zoo 2 You petting zoo offers a mobile petting zoo for your birthday party. Their packages start at $250. Animals they have are goats, a pony, a llama, and more. You can book your party online.

Charlotte Equestrian Club offers riding lessons, farm camps, and birthday parties. Their birthday party package is $400 for two hours with up to 10 kids. Each additional child is $15. You can book your party on their website.

They offer tons of horseback riding options including private lessons, group lessons, special events, horse riding activities, and more.

Hodges Family Farm is located just north of Charlotte’s Uptown and offers goods for purchase, an annual pumpkin patch, weddings and events, an antique tractor show (October), farm tours, and several agility competitions. They also participate in the Davidson Farmers Market.

During fall, there are barnyard animals, hay mountains to play and climb on, picnic areas, and photo opportunities.
Saturdays and Sundays have food for purchase, with weekend parking being $5.

They also offer school field trips during the fall and offer birthday parties.

Patterson Farm is located just north of Charlotte in Mt. Ulla, NC. The farm offers educational tours, a produce market, seasonal events, and more.

Pumpkins are sold separately from the admission price. It is recommended to purchase tickets in advance.

Lenux Stables is an equestrian riding academy in Huntersville, NC

Ages 6 – 13 can enjoy summer horsemanship camp at Lenux Stables from 9 am – 3 pm during a week long camp.
9 camp sessions are available.
Camps include riding lessons, grooming, games, crafts, and presentations from a veterinarian.
