DESCRIPTION:Donkeys\, dragons\, and divas welcome… this workshop is for e
 veryone! Our SHINE Musical Theatre program is hosting a free 90-minute mu
 sical theatre workshop on July 19th from 2:00-3:30 PM  at Charlotte Aca
 demy of the Arts (15040 Idlewild Rd. Matthews\, NC 28104). Students will e
 xplore character physicality\, vocal expression\, and comedic timing. Then
  we’ll bring it all together by learning choreography to Freak Flag\, th
 e show’s big ensemble anthem!\n\nPerfect for performers ages 10–18 p
 reparing to audition for Shrek Jr.\, our Fall 2026 production\, or any 
 kids and teens in the Charlotte\, NC area looking to grow their musical th
 eatre skills. No prior experience necessary.\n\nAnd parents\, join us at 3
 :30 PM for a JTF interest meeting where you’ll learn all about how we ar
 e taking Shrek Jr to Atlanta!
